Restore: Balance Your Energy with Sound and Yoga
Balance your energy in this deeply nourishing sound bath, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. This class will include a soothing sound bath following a Restorative Yoga practice. Using very slow and gentle movements, the Yoga practice will guide you into relaxing poses with the support of bolsters, blankets, pillows or blocks. These restorative poses will be held for longer periods of to help release stored tension in the body and relax the nervous system. Space is limited, reserve your spot now!
Jane will guide you through Yoga Nidra following the sound bath to take you into a more relaxed state of consciousness, where you will have the opportunity to set an intention or work with a deeper, inner resolve termed “Sankalpa” in Sanskrit.
Yoga Nidra means “Yogic sleep” in Sanskrit, and is a guided meditative practice that that promotes deep relaxation, improved sleep and reduces anxiety.

Nurture: Winter Restoration for Body, Mind & Spirit
Restore your body and mind this winter with Ayurvedic and Yogic practices led by Jane Miners. Receive a custom made body oil and custom tea to take home from this class to restore your spirit and nurture yourself! Jane will focus on helping you calm the mind and body, while introducing basic Ayurvedic principles of the three Dosha, so that you can bring more balance to your life during this season.
This class will include:
A restorative Yoga practice and Yoga Nidra
Calming breathwork
Overview of basic Ayurvedic principles to balance the five elements in the body
Nurturing self-massage demonstration (Abhyanga) with custom body oil blend to take home
Calming and nurturing tea ceremony with custom tea blend to take home
Time for reflection
During this class, Jane will focus on how to balance Vata Dosha, the air and ether elements in the body which are increased during the colder, winter months. Attendees will be guided through a gentle, restorative Yoga practice followed by Yoga Nidra to bring in a deeper connection to the self, spirit, and to release tension in the mind and body.
Abhyanga (self massage with the use of warm oil) will be demonstrated as a tool to use on yourself to bring more calm to the mind and a way to lovingly connect to your physical body. Participants will leave with a custom blended Abhyanga oil to take home.
A balancing tea to balance Vata Dosha will be included in a reflective tea ceremony and participants will be given a tea blend to take home as well. Both the oil and custom tea are specially made in-house by Cheri Neal at Herban Myth Apothecary.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a journal for reflection and to wear comfortable clothes.

Mt. Shasta Yoga Retreat
Connect and align your energy with a spiritual yoga retreat near Mt. Shasta at Flowing Waters Retreat Center with Jane Miners June 22-26th, 2022. This 4 night/5 day retreat begins the day after summer solstice, which marks a new cycle and beginning and a great opportunity for you to connect to your higher self in a comfortable and serene environment.
This retreat will be held about 15 miles from Mt. Shasta. Attendees will enjoy a private 10 acre forest setting with a creek that flows through the property and an available swimming hole to use if the weather is hot. Healing natural sulfur mineral water is available for attendees to bathe and to drink if desired. All meals will be included in this retreat along with private or shared rooms and options to tent camp. Each participant will receive a massage (included in retreat package), and have an opportunity to book energy healing sessions if desired. Check in will be from 1-4:30pm June 22nd, with property orientation at 5pm, and opening ceremony and dinner to follow.

Jane Miners will offer a classic approach to yoga, which includes Ayurvedic practices such as Neti-Pot, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, asana (physical yoga postures), and mantra chanting. In addition to the yoga classes, Jane will offer spiritual discussion/workshops, Yoga Nidra and sound healing ceremonies with crystal bowls, chimes and drums. Attendees will have an opportunity to take part in as much or as little of these offerings, while being able to take time for self-reflection, hiking, and spending time in nature. There is no WiFi, and cell service is “iffy”—so attendees may be prepared to unplug from the world to go within and detach from the stresses of everyday life. This retreat is drug and alcohol free—no smoking of any kind are permitted on the property.

Chakras 101
Learn about the Chakras and gain new insight and clarity about the human energy system! This fun and engaging class will give you an introduction to the 7-chakra system. You will learn how each chakra interacts with the world and others around you while being able to identify how each center is related to your body, emotions and your mental states. This series will meet via zoom on Tuesday evenings for seven weeks, beginning November 2nd and continue through December 14th (no class November 23rd for Thanksgiving week) from 6-8pm. Each class will explore one of the chakras in the 7-chakra system of the human body and will include information about the Nadis, the subtle energy channels, and how these channels move energy through the chakras and the body to gain higher consciousness. This class is designed to help each student connect to the higher self and to create balance in life. This class is a $125 investment (with a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot) and is limited to 15 people, as it is a live class.
Week 1: This class will be an introduction to the material, the Nadis (energy channels), an overview of the seven chakras, and will focus on the root chakra, grounding, presence, and the foundation of life. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced to bring balance to the first chakra.
Week 2: This class will focus on the sacral chakra, emotions, creation, abundance of life, and will review the material from the previous week. Students will also learn about the solar plexus chakra, self-empowerment, healthy ego, and taking empowered action. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced to bring balance to the second chakra.
Week 3: This class will focus on the heart chakra, love, joy, grief, connection to others, and will review the material from the previous weeks. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced to bring balance to the fourth chakra.
Week 4: No class Thanksgiving week November 23rd
Week 5: This class will focus on the throat chakra, communication, creativity, speaking Truth, and will review the material from the previous weeks. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced to bring balance to the fifth chakra.
Week 6: This class will introduce the third-eye chakra, and will focus on intuition, sight, dreams, and will review the material from the previous weeks. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced to bring balance to the sixth chakra.
Week 7: This class will focus on the crown chakra, the connection to higher consciousness, and All That Is, will review the material from the previous weeks, and tie all the material together. Breathing practices and meditation will be introduced to bring balance to the seventh chakra.

Join Jane Miners for this online 4 week class to help you access higher consciousness and GROW! Each week of class will include practices, simple meditations and techniques that will help you have a deeper understanding of your energetic being. Each of the four weeks will overlap in content with each aspect of self, but will have a main focus. Students will learn how to understand, connect, trust, and nurture each aspect of the self, and how they essentially are all the same, overlapping to make up the whole self.
Week 1: The first week will be an introduction to the class, and the mind/body/spirit connection. The focus will be on the body, and practices will be introduced to bring more balance on the body.
Week 2: Week two will deepen the understanding of the body in relation to emotions, and the focus will be on emotions, practical tools for processing and understanding emotions, and practices will be introduced to bring more balance to the emotions.
Week 3: Week three the focus will be on the mind, the connection with the mind in relation to the body and emotions, and practices will be introduced to bring calm and balance to the mind.
Week 4: Week four he focus will be on the spirit, and will tie all aspects of the self; body, emotions and mind together. Practices will be introduced to help connect more deeply to spirit/higher self in relation to the whole self.
