Mt. Shasta Yoga Retreat

Connect and align your energy with a spiritual yoga retreat near Mt. Shasta at Flowing Waters Retreat Center with Jane Miners June 22-26th, 2022. Jane Miners will offer a classic approach to yoga, which includes Ayurvedic practices such as Neti-Pot, pranayama (breathing practices), meditation, asana (physical yoga postures), and mantra chanting. In addition to the yoga classes, Jane will offer spiritual discussion/workshops, Yoga Nidra and sound healing ceremonies with crystal bowls, chimes and drums. Attendees will have an opportunity to take part in as much or as little of these offerings, while being able to take time for self-reflection, hiking, and spending time in nature. There is no WiFi, and cell service is “iffy”—so attendees may be prepared to unplug from the world to go within and detach from the stresses of everyday life. This retreat is drug and alcohol free—no smoking of any kind are permitted on the property.
