About Sound Healing
Sound healing is deeply relaxing, and is a naturally holistic way to release layers of tension and stress by healing the body, mind, and layers of the the aura. Sound therapy is an ancient practice that helps to regulate the nervous system and provide a way to connect to the heart. Jane incorporates the use of crystal bowls, drums, voice, chimes and the healing energy of Reiki. A personalized session will be catered to your individual needs, or private group ceremonies are available. Personal sessions booked at Chico Holistic Wellness Center can be reserved for up to 15 individuals. Sessions are held at Chico Holistic Wellness Center, or you may book a session at a private location for an unlimited number of guests.
