Learn healing mantras, hand gestures and breathing techniques with Jane over the course of four weeks! Each week will focus on an ancient Sanskrit mantra to help you balance and heal. Discussion of the meaning of the mantras and pranayama will be included during the class. Beginners are welcome! No experience necessary.
