Traditional Reiki Healing
Traditional Reiki Treatments with Jane are a relaxing experience that provides healing on all levels, body, mind, emotions and spirit. Receiving Reiki will gently, yet powerfully balance energy and can provide emotional and spiritual healing with ease. The use of crystals and essential oils may be incorporated into the healing. Each session includes extra time to check in and discuss the healing.

Intuitive Reiki Healing
Intuitive Reiki Treatments are sessions where Jane will assist you in a personal intuitive energy reading that may include the use of oracle cards or Rune stones. The recipient will have the opportunity to explore their intuitive gifts, ask questions and explore insight after receiving Reiki. Each session includes extra time to check in and discuss the healing.

Crystal Reiki Healing
During a Crystal Reiki Treatment the recipient receives Reiki healing through the use of crystal grids placed on and around the physical body. Each crystal carries a healing energy vibration that is magnified with Reiki, and can be a deeply healing experience. Crystal Reiki treatments may be helpful when looking for ways to reprogram thought and belief systems. Each session includes extra time to check in and discuss the healing.

Reiki Sound Healing
Reiki Sound Healing with Jane incorporates the healing energy of Reiki and the use of crystal bowls, drums, and voice. Sound healing is deeply relaxing and provides healing to the physical body, the mind, and the layers of the aura outside the physical body. Up to 15 individuals may book a personal, group Reiki sound healing at Chico Holistic Wellness Center. Each session includes intention setting, guided meditation and integration post sound healing.
